Delivery and Returns

Dispatch time

We produce most items same-day if ordered before noon and aim to have all orders dispatched by the next working day latest.

UK Delivery

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout, based on the value of your order.

We dispatch daily on weekdays; any orders placed after 12 noon on Friday, or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.  Orders placed on Public Holidays will processed the following working day.  Although most items arrive next day, please allow 1-2 additional days to receive your order.

International Delivery

Most of our sales are to UK customers, but if you are overseas and want a mug, please make contact via the "contact" link and it will be our pleasure to help you.

Returns 

In addition to your statutory returns rights, we are happy to take returns of Non-Personalised items, provided they are in new condition and unused.  If the order was personalised and you changed your mind, we can't accept a return but if you need assistance please make contact with us and we will do our best to help.

IMPORTANT!  Any returns MUST include either the original paperwork or order number.  failure to include these will mean that we will be unable to verify the return and you will experience delays in any refunds.
